SEBI (Settlement of Administrative and Civil Proceedings) Regulations, 2026
The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) notified the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Settlement of Administrative and Civil Proceedings) Regulations, 2026, under Notification No. SEBI/LAD-DOP/2026/318, dated 6 October 2026. The regulations establish a revised framework for settling administrative and civil proceedings relating to securities-law violations.
