Fees payable to an insolvency professional and to other professionals appointed by an insolvency professional
This circular clarifies that insolvency professionals must charge transparent and reasonable fees for services under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, raise invoices in their own name, and receive payments directly in their bank accounts. Payments made to any other person for such services will not be treated as part of the Insolvency Resolution Process Cost (IRPC).
