Non-compliance with certain provision of SEBI ICDR Regulations
Regulation 297 and 298 of ICDR Regulations, inter-alia, specify liability of a listed entity or any other person for contravention and actions which can be taken by the respective stock exchange, the revocation of such actions and consequences for failure to pay fine in the manner specified by SEBI.
