Feature for modification of CIRP Forms submitted by an IP in compliance of regulation 40B of the CIRP Regulations, 2016
This IBBI circular allows Insolvency Professionals to modify previously submitted Regulation 40B forms on the online platform, subject to an applicable fee. However, as a temporary relief, any modifications made up to March 31, 2020, are fee-exempt. The IBBI strictly cautions IPs to exercise diligence, warning that frequent modifications or late filings may invite disciplinary action
