Extension of time for filing Forms to monitor liquidation processes under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016, and the regulations made thereunder
IBBI extended the deadline for filing liquidation forms to 30 November 2024, considering technical issues and representations from liquidators and Insolvency Professional Agencies.
