This Consultation Paper seeks comments/ suggestions from the public to modify the circular on ‘Revise and revamp Nomination Facilities in the Indian Securities Market’ (“Circular”) dated January 10, 2025, in order to enhance the ease of investor on-boarding and ease the nomination processby aligning with the banking norms on nomination.
