Compliance with IBBI (Insolvency Professionals) (Amendment) Regulations, 2018
The IBBI circular dated April 5, 2018, mandates that Insolvency Professional Entities (IPEs) recognized as of April 1, 2018, must comply with the new continuous recognition conditions (such as net worth and directorship ratios) by specific deadlines (June 30 and September 30, 2018), failing which they risk derecognition.
