Circular No.12/2017 Clarification on taxation and investment regime for pradhan mantri garib kalyan jyojna
clarified the taxation and investment regime under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Yojana. It allowed taxpayers who had paid tax, surcharge, penalty, and deposit under the scheme by 31 March 2017 to submit Form No. 1 up to 10 April 2017 due to delays in receiving bank challan details.
