Circular - Details of matters pending with Supreme Court of India and various High Courts
To ensure the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code is adequately defended, this IBBI circular mandates Insolvency Professionals to promptly notify the Board and share case papers whenever the Code's validity or interpretation is challenged before High Courts or the Supreme Court.
