Circular - Deposit and withdrawal of unclaimed dividends and / or undistributed proceeds in accordance with regulation 39 of the IBBI (Voluntary Liquidation Process) Regulations, 2017
IBBI clarified that liquidators must deposit unclaimed amounts in the Corporate Voluntary Liquidation Account and apply to the Board for withdrawal requests before dissolution for distribution to stakeholders.
