Appointment of Dr. Rajiv Mani as Ex-officio member
On February 26, 2019, the Central Government appointed Dr. Rajiv Mani, Joint Secretary at the Ministry of Law and Justice, as an ex-officio member of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI), replacing G. S. Yadav.
