Application under Rule 4, 6 or 7 of Insolvency and Bankruptcy (Application to Adjudication Authority) Rules, 2016
Effective immediately, this IBBI circular mandates that the Board will forward insolvency applications to an Information Utility (IU). The IU must then inform other creditors, direct the applicant to submit default details, and process this to issue a Record of Default.
