Amendment of the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014
MCA vide its notification G.S.R. 357(E). amends the Companies (Accounts) Rules, 2014. These rules may be called the Companies (Accounts) Second Amendment Rules, 2025 and shall come into force with effect from the 14th day of July, 2025
