- Notification under Section 2(68) of CoSS, 2020
S.O. 2353(E).— In exercise of the powers conferred under clause (68) of section 2 read with section 129 of the Code on Social Security, 2020 (36 of 2020), the Central Government authorises the certain Officers to exercise the powers of Recovery Officer under the said Code from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette.
