UNDERTAKING FOR IMPLEMENTATION OF HYGIENE, SANITATION AND FOOD SAFETY CONTROLS

1.      Maintain premises and equipment in a hygienic and sanitary condition appropriate to the activity.

2.      Implement applicable Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Hygiene Practices (GHP) and other applicable controls.

3.      Maintain relevant cleaning, pest-control, temperature, training, supplier and corrective-action records, as appropriate to the business.

4.      Ensure personnel handling food follow applicable personal hygiene and food-safety practices.

5.      Maintain an appropriate FSMS plan/documentation where required for the licence category/activity.

6.      Cooperate with lawful inspection, sampling and regulatory requirements and take corrective action when deficiencies are identified.
