Areas of Exposure Include:
Core Compliances: Regular MCA filings, drafting minutes, resolutions,
and maintaining statutory registers.
Corporate Restructuring: Practical exposure to Mergers & Amalgamations.
Capital Markets: Involvement in IPOs and related compliance.
Audits & Assessment: Conducting detailed Secretarial Audits and
ensuring legal adherence.
Due Diligence: Assisting in comprehensive corporate legal vetting.
Registrations: Handling various business and corporate registrations.
Location & Details:
Office Location: Sadashiv Peth, Pune
Eligibility: Candidates who have passed the CS Executive or
Professional program and are eligible to start their practical
training as per ICSI guidelines.
Who Are We Looking For?
A strong foundation in Company Law and allied corporate legislation.
Excellent communication (written and verbal) and drafting skills.
A proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
