Location: Dadar, Mumbai
What You’ll Do
* Lead end-to-end operations across stores Pan India, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and brand standards
* Manage and mentor large, cross-functional teams including Store Managers and frontline staff
* Drive top line growth and profitability through structured planning and performance reviews
* Own store-wise P&L, identify gaps, and implement data-driven corrective actions
* Oversee inventory, shrinkage control, and supply chain coordination
* Track and improve key KPIs like sales, conversion, ticket size, and operational efficiency
* Spearhead new store launches, expansions, and operational readiness
What We’re Looking For
* 12–15 years of experience in operations, with 3–5 years in a multi-store leadership role
* Proven experience managing large teams and multi-location operations
* Strong business acumen with hands-on P&L ownership
* Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Background in Retail / QSR / Hospitality preferred
* Experience handling Pan India operations or large regional portfolios
