urgently looking for
Sr. Manager/ AGM -Corporate Legal and Labour Law Compliances
Location - Faridabad
Experience - 10 Years
CTC - 25 LPA
Role Overview:
This position will be responsible for the centralised management of
legal and statutory compliance across all manufacturing plants in
India. The role will operate at the corporate level and work closely
with plant HR/Admin teams and external legal consultants to execute.
Key Responsibilities:
* Centralised monitoring of factory, labour, environmental and POSH
compliance across all plants
* Drafting and vetting of contracts, leases, vendor and supply
agreements at corporate level
* Handling statutory notices, inspections, and legal responses in
coordination with plant teams and state-wise consultants
* Industrial Relations (IR) support including union matters, wage
settlements, disciplinary actions and domestic enquiries
* Land acquisition, title due diligence and documentation for existing
and upcoming manufacturing units
* Litigation strategy, coordination with external counsels, and
proactive legal risk management
* Implementation of compliance trackers, SOPs and governance
frameworks to ensure zero non-compliance
Strong corporate legal exposure in multi-plant manufacturing organisations
* Excellent command over labour laws, factory compliance, IR and
statutory governance
* Ability to operate at Head / Leadership level with Pan-India oversight
* Comfortable with frequent travel across India
