Getepay is looking for a Senior Legal Executive to join our growing
team in the Fintech industry.
Position: Senior Legal Executive
Experience: 1–2 Years of relevant experience
Location: Murlipura, Jaipur
Industry: Fintech
Salary: Negotiable
Key Responsibilities
Manage legal, regulatory, and compliance matters.
Ensure compliance with RBI, NPCI, PMLA, IT Act, data protection, and
applicable fintech regulations.
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, NDAs, SLAs, vendor/merchant
agreements, and technology contracts.
Provide legal guidance to business, product, operations, and leadership teams.
Handle regulatory filings, audits, inspections, and correspondence.
Coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution with
external counsels.
Develop legal policies, SOPs, and compliance frameworks.
Track regulatory and legal developments affecting the fintech/payments
ecosystem.
