We have vacancies for the following positions:
- SENIOR ASSOCIATE - 5+ Years Experience
Role - Independent Handling & Leadership:
• Independent handling of litigation before High Court, Supreme Court & Tribunals
• Finalizing drafts, framing legal strategy and giving legal opinions
• Client counselling, retention and complete case management
• Briefing Senior Advocates and leading a team of junior associates
• Must be able to run matters independently end-to-end - JUNIOR ASSOCIATE - 2-3 Years Experience
Role - Research, Drafting & Court Assistance:
• In-depth legal research and case law analysis
• Drafting of Petitions, Replies, Applications, Notices & Agreements
• Daily court appearances in District Courts & High Court
• Assisting Senior Associates in case preparation and filings
• Maintaining case files, diary and client coordination
Practice Areas: Civil, Criminal, Service, Family & Arbitration Litigation.
