⚙️ Key Responsibilities

• Preparing Recovery Dump & Maintaining Excel MIS
• Weekly & Monthly Legal MIS Preparation and Circulation
• Arbitration Proceedings
• Section 17 Interim Order & Execution Process
• Section 9 High Court Filing & Order Execution Process
• Reply to Legal Notices & Counter Filing in cases against the Company
• Property Identification & Court Attachment Process
• Section 138 Cheque Bounce Filing & Execution Process
• Coordination with Advocates, Courts and Internal Stakeholders
• Legal Recovery proceedings against NPA customers as per Loan Agreement terms
• Telecalling to Customers & Recovery Follow-up

🎓 Preferred Profile

• 1 year of Legal Practice Or NBFC experience
• Experience in Legal Recovery / Litigation / Vehicle Finance preferred
• Good drafting, documentation and MIS follow-up skills
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to handle recovery-related legal proceedings and court processes

💬 Language Requirement

• Tamil & English Communication – MUST
• Additional language skills preferred: Telugu & Hindi
