Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle matters under Section 138 (Negotiable Instruments Act)
* Manage recovery suits and legal proceedings
* Coordinate with external counsel and Head Office Legal team
* Liaise with police authorities for summons/warrants
* Support critical case handling and field collection activities
Who We’re Looking For:
* 1–3 years of experience in legal roles
* Background in Banking & Finance preferred
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Willingness to handle on-ground legal work
