Position: Legal Counsel - 6+ Years
Job Location : Airoli, Navi Mumbai
Profile: EPC Contracts-Drafting, Reviewing and Negotiating with experience in FIDC and other Standard Forms. Prioritise candidates with hands‑on EPC lifecycle experience, covering:
EPC / EPCM / LSTK contracts
FIDIC (Red / Yellow / Silver Book) or bespoke EPC forms
Risk allocation (delay, LDs, variation, force majeure, defect liability)
Claims, change orders, and dispute avoidance during construction
Interface with engineering, procurement, and project teams
Education : LLB / LLM
