Applications are invited for the position of Legal Associate – Fresher
for full-time roles in Gurugram, Thane, and Mumbai.
Eligibility
* LL.B., BA LL.B., BBA LL.B., or LL.M.
* 0–1 year of experience; freshers are welcome
* Strong legal research and drafting skills
* Basic understanding of labour and employment laws
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Good knowledge of MS Office
* Willingness to learn and work on diverse client assignments
* Genuine interest in Legal & Compliance consulting
* Exposure to litigation and court proceedings will be an advantage
Position details
* Work on legal and labour law compliance assignments
* Research and interpret applicable laws
* Prepare and review legal and compliance documentation
* Assist with labour law registrations, licences, and statutory compliances
* Support compliance audits and client assignments
* Assist in preparing reports, notices, and legal documentation
* Gain exposure to POSH, Labour Codes, and employment-related compliances
* Support senior professionals on client assignments
* Hands-on exposure to client assignments, compliance audits, labour
laws, employment matters, and corporate advisory
