Location: Patna / Lucknow / Chennai / Bangalore / Ahmedabad / Surat /
Rajkot / Chandigarh / Bhubaneswar / Nasik
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in law (L.L.B/ master’s in law)
Salary: 5 LPA to 8 LPA
Experience:
* 3 plus years of legal experience, preferably in banking, NBFCs, or
recovery law firms covering SARFAESI Act, Cheque bounce cases, Banking
litigation, compliance and documentation.
* Enrolled with the Bar Council of India
* In-depth knowledge of SARFAESI Act, NI Act, DRT Act, CPC, CrPC, and RBI norms.
* Strong drafting, legal research, and analytical skills.
* Willingness to travel for court hearings or property possession drives.
* Proficiency in maintaining case MIS, legal dashboards, and internal reporting.
