I am looking for a Junior Advocate with 1 year of post-qualification experience (PQE) to join my litigation practice.
Requirements:
Minimum 1 year PQE in litigation
Strong legal drafting, research, and advocacy skills
Experience in case filing, including physical filing and e-filing, is essential
Preference will be given to candidates with litigation experience before:
Hon'ble City Civil Court
Hon'ble Small Causes Court
Hon'ble High Court of Bombay
National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT)
Debt Recovery Tribunal (DRT)
Location: Mumbai
