We are hiring for a DVP – Compliance with one of the leading Housing
Finance Companies in India, based out of Mumbai.
Key Requirements:
15+ years of experience in Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, Risk,
Audit, or Governance within Housing Finance Companies, NBFCs, Banks,
or Financial Institutions
Strong expertise in:
NHB & RBI Regulations
KYC, AML & PMLA Compliance
Regulatory Reporting
Compliance Monitoring & Testing
Policy & Process Governance
Audit & Regulatory Inspection Management
Risk Assessment & Internal Controls
Proven experience in:
Driving organization-wide compliance frameworks
Managing regulatory audits and inspections
Interpreting and implementing regulatory changes
Preparing compliance MIS, governance dashboards, and senior management reports
Partnering with cross-functional teams to strengthen compliance culture.
Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and governance capabilities
with a high level of integrity and professional ethics.
