We are looking for a CS trainee to join our team in a Japanese MNC in our Gurugram office.
Key Requirements:
Hands-on experience in FEMA compliances
Strong exposure to ROC filings under the Companies Act, 2013
Good communication skills – both written and verbal; ability to liaise with regulators, consultants, and internal stakeholders
Detail-oriented, process-driven, and comfortable working in a structured MNC environment
Preferred:
CS Executive cleared
Prior experience of atleast 6 months in a Company or firm.
