* All kind of Secretarial & ROC Compliances including XBRL Filing.
* Fund Raising & Corporate Restructuring.
* Liaisoning with MCA, ROC, RBI & other Regulators.
* Other Corporate, Legal & Regulatory Compliances.
* SEBI Compliances.
* FEMA & RBI Compliances.
* Income Tax & Direct Taxation
* GST & Indirect Taxation
* Audit & Due Diligence
💰 Stipend - 10,000/- per month (Depending on knowledge and skills)
