Semi-Qualified CS (Cleared Executive level and completed 21 months training in a listed Company)
CS Trainee (Eligible for ICSI Training)
Key Profile:
Practical/conceptual knowledge of the Companies Act, 2013.
Experience or basic understanding of MCA/ROC filings and drafting. The candidate should have exposures of listed company complainces.
Candidates staying in Secunderabad is highly preferred.
