🔹 Work Exposure:
Hands-on experience in Companies Act, SEBI & FEMA compliances
Opportunity to work on corporate law and capital market assignments
🔹 Skills & Experience:
Experience in Company Incorporation – Private Limited / LLP / OPC
Good knowledge of Companies Act & SEBI Compliances
MCA filing experience will be an added advantage
📍 Office Location: Andheri East / BKC
⏳ Contract Period: 6 Months
