We Are Hiring – Company Secretary Trainee
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated Company Secretary Trainee
to join our team and gain practical exposure
Eligibility:
* CS Executive qualified- At least 1 year of Training Left
* Sound knowledge of Companies Act, SEBI LODR and Funding related compliances
* Eagerness to learn and grow
Key Exposure:
* Listing compliances
* ROC compliances & Filings
* Annual Report & Annual Filings
* Corporate governance matters
* Regulatory reporting and documentation
* Other Compliances under Companies Act, FEMA, and other applicable laws
Location: Noida Sec 62.
Stipend: As per best industry standards
Preference will be given to immediate joiners.
