We are looking for a motivated CS Trainee to join our firm. This role is ideal for candidates pursuing Company Secretaryship with a strong interest in corporate and business laws, legal research, and compliance, and a willingness to gain exposure across areas such as industrial laws, FEMA, contract management, corporate legal drafting, funding and related advisory.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in corporate governance and statutory compliance
* Support in drafting resolutions, minutes, policies, agreements, and other legal documents
* Conduct legal research and assist in ROC/RBI/FEMA filings
* Assistance in matters related to ESOPs/Corporate Funding/Anti-Money Laundering Laws/Crypto Industry Compliance
* Support the legal and compliance team in day-to-day activities
Who can apply:
* CS Executive / Professional pass candidates
* Strong interest in the corporate/legal domain
* Good research, drafting, and analytical skills
