Eligibility:
* CS Professional Cleared
* Minimum 6 months of articleship experience
Exposure:
You’ll gain hands-on experience in end-to-end secretarial and compliance functions, including Companies Act, 2013 compliances, drafting of board and shareholder documents, regulatory filings, and maintaining statutory records. The role also covers exposure to FEMA Compliances, Stockbroking, OBPP, DP, AIF & PMS, Mutual Fund, and NBFC regulations, along with interaction with regulators and handling ongoing and event-based compliances.
