Overview: Godrej Industries Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented CS Trainee to join our Corporate Secretarial team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a premier corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in the preparation and coordination of Board and Committee Meetings.
Gaining exposure to diverse Secretarial Activities and statutory compliances.
Assisting with the maintenance of statutory registers and records.
Supporting the team in ensuring adherence to the Companies Act, SEBI LODR, and other applicable laws.
Location: Vikhroli, Mumbai.
