We are looking for serious and committed CS candidates who want exposure to real corporate and capital market assignments, not just routine compliance work.
🔹 Position: CS Trainee
🔹 Location: Shilaj Ahmedabad (WFO Only)
Eligibility
* CS Professional (Final) passed students, or
* Ongoing CS trainees who want exposure in professional practice
Key Areas of Exposure
* Listed Company Compliance – Main Board & SME
* SEBI & stock exchange compliances
* Capital market transactions (IPO, FPO, Rights Issue, Preferential Issue, ESOP etc.)
* Due diligence, corporate restructuring & advisory
* Drafting of board resolutions, policies and compliance documentation.
