Vacancy for CS Management Trainee
Unbox Robotics Labs Private Limited, Pune is looking for a CS Management Trainee (Intern) to join their team and gain hands-on, multi-disciplinary exposure across corporate law and compliance.
Location: Pune
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in ROC filings and statutory compliances under the Companies Act, 2013.
Assisting in RBI-related compliances.
Assisting in preparation of Board Meetings, Committee Meetings and General Meeting documents.
Drafting resolutions, minutes, and secretarial records.
Maintaining statutory registers and records.
Supporting corporate governance and regulatory compliance work.
Handling investor relations.
Legal drafting and vetting of agreements, MOUs, NDAs, etc.
Assisting in US and EU-related compliances.
Who Should Apply:
Looking for a motivated intern eager to gain diverse, cross-functional exposure in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment. Interns having experience will be preferred.
