Carmanya Advisors LLP, a practicing Company Secretary firm, is inviting applications from qualified Company Secretary (fresher) candidates who are keen to build a strong career in corporate laws, SEBI, RBI, and regulatory practice.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling listed company compliances under SEBI (LODR) Regulations, PIT Regulation, SAST Regulations
2. Preparation and filing of XBRL forms, annual filings, and event-based compliances
3. Private Placements, preferential issues, rights issues, and other corporate actions
4. NBFC Compliances and other RBI compliances
5. Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, and Compliance Certifications
6. Coordination with stock exchanges, depositories, and regulatory authorities
7. Ensuring compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI, RBI, FEMA, and other applicable laws
Candidate Profile:
Qualified Company Secretary (CS) (freshers can apply)
- Working knowledge of listed compliances and XBRL filing
- Strong drafting and communication skills
- A smart, independent, and detail-oriented professional
- Proactive, eager to learn, and capable of handling responsibilities
