We are Hiring – CS Management Trainees
S & S Consulting Solutions Private Limited , a Corporate Consultancy Company, is looking to onboard 2 CS Management Trainees to join our growing team.
Eligibility:
• Candidates who have passed Executive / Professional Programme (Professional passed candidates will be preferred)
• Strong understanding of:
o Companies Act, 2013
o SEBI LODR Regulations
o SEBI ICDR Regulations
Role & Exposure:
Selected candidates will gain hands-on experience in:
• Core listing compliances under SEBI regulations
• MCA/ROC compliances under the Companies Act, 2013
Location : Indore, Madhya Pradesh
Stipend : As per Institute of Company Secretaries of India norms
