Job Title: Semi Qualified CS ( 1 - 2 yrs )
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Organization: MG Consulting Pvt. Ltd. (PCS Firm)
Work Mode: Strictly Work From Office

Key Responsibilities:
Assist in handling ROC compliances for unlisted companies and support in listed company compliances including stock exchange filings and disclosures
Ensure adherence to provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, SEBI (LODR) Regulations, and other applicable laws
Support in drafting and finalizing Board, Committee, and General Meeting notices, agendas, and minutes
Maintain and update statutory registers, records, and corporate documentation as per legal requirements
Assist in timely filing of MCA forms such as AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR forms, and other event-based filings
Support in stock exchange filings, corporate announcements, and periodic compliances for listed entities
Assist in incorporation, conversion, restructuring, and other corporate actions
Coordinate with clients, auditors, RTA, stock exchanges, and internal stakeholders for compliance-related activities
Provide support in FEMA / RBI compliances, including basic reporting and documentation (as applicable)
Ensure proper documentation and tracking of compliance timelines for both listed and unlisted entities
