Opportunity for CS Internship at SEBI Registered Category l Merchant Banking Company
We are a Securities Exchange Board of India (SEBI) registered Category l Merchant Banking company having our office at Mumbai.
We are looking for Company Secretary Management Trainee (CS) for investment Banking Company.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Candidates who have cleared Professional Programme & at least the Executive Programme
The selected candidates can look forward to excellent exposure and learning in the following areas:
Key Responsibilities:
• Due diligence
• Other Merchant Banking Transactions like SME & Start-up IPOs, Open Offer, Delisting & Demerger and Merger & Amalgamation.
• Assisting in handling the Security Issues (right Issues, Preferential Issues, Bonus Issues, etc.)
• Co-ordination with the various intermediaries involved in the IPO process.
• Preparation of Newsletter and presentations.
