๐๐ฎ๐๐ฅ๐ข๐๐ข๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐จ๐ง: CS / LLB
Minimum 5 ๐ฒ๐๐๐ซ๐ฌ of experience in the securities market or financial products
Strong exposure to Asset Management, especially AIF / Mutual Fund compliance preferred
๐น๐๐๐ฒ ๐๐๐ฌ๐ฉ๐จ๐ง๐ฌ๐ข๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ข๐ญ๐ข๐๐ฌ:
* Manage and coordinate with clients on regulatory compliances (IFSCA, SEZ, RBI, SEBI, Secretarial, and international jurisdictions)
* Address regulatory queries from clients and internal stakeholders
* Support during inspections and audits
* Ensure AML and overall compliance adherence at the client level
* Assist in compliance audits and ongoing regulatory projects
* Stay updated with regulatory changes and share timely updates
* Maintain high attention to detail and timely execution of tasks
