The Souled Store is expending its CS team and are looking for a
professional to support and manage secretarial and statutory
compliances.
This role is responsible for assisting and managing end-to-end
secretarial compliances, board and shareholder processes, and
regulatory filings, while supporting strong corporate governance
standards and effective engagement with regulators, auditors, and
stakeholders.
Office location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Eligibility criteria
1. A Qualified Company Secretary with valid membership
2. 2-3 years of PQE in secretarial and compliance functions.
3. Good knowledge of corporate laws and regulatory frameworks.
4. Good communication & stakeholder management skills.
5. Experience with listed or regulated companies is an advantage.
