Hiring: Compliance Officer (KMP) – GIFT City (IFSC)

Industry: Fund Management / Financial Services

Location: GIFT City, Gandhinagar, Gujrat

Job description (Roles and Responsibilities):

Act as the designated Compliance Officer in accordance with IFSCA regulations.

Ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks, internal policies, and governance standards.

Comply, Manage and monitor regulatory filings, inspections, and communications with regulatory authorities.

Oversee fund and investment compliance including valuation, exposure limits, and reporting.

Implement AML/KYC procedures and manage investor onboarding and due diligence.

Develop and strengthen compliance policies, internal controls, and risk management frameworks.

Coordinate with trustee, investor, auditors, fund administrators, custodians, legal advisors, various service providers, vendors and Forums to run fund operations smoothly.

Monitor changes in IFSCA/SEBI/SEZ and any other related regulations, directives, and circulars to ensure that the organisation's practices and policies remain up-to-date and compliant.

Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of compliance activities and documentation, ensuring easy access for internal and external review.

Qualification & Experience:

PG in Finance / Law / Commerce / Economics / Banking / etc. with 5 years of experience in AMC, OR

CA / CS / CMA / LLB with 3 years of experience in AMC or fund management compliances, OR

Post-qualification experience of at least 2 years in an eligible institution + valid certification prescribed by IFSCA
