Counselect is looking for a Legal & Company Secretarial professional to join a leading global media and publishing organisation's India legal team.
The role combines corporate secretarial compliance and governance with commercial contracting across flagship events, sponsorships, talent engagements and branded content. You'll also partner with finance and business teams on audits, legal queries and process improvements.
Location: Mumbai

You could be a strong fit if you have:
• An LLB and a qualified Company Secretarial credential
• 1-2 years of post-qualification experience
• Hands-on experience in secretarial compliance and commercial contracts
• An interest in the pace and variety of the media industry
