Eligibility Criteria:-
Candidates must have obtained the Associate Membership of the
Institute of Company Secretaries of India
Candidates must have completed all mandatory training before joining
(CLDP & EDP).
Candidates from March 2026 batch are to be considered
Candidates who have completed internship from reputed & listed organizations.
Desired Skills:-
Strong understanding of corporate laws, statutory compliances, and
regulatory requirements.
Ability to draft and review board materials, resolutions, minutes, and
official correspondence with accuracy.
