Position Overview
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Company Secretary to lead the
governance, compliance, and regulatory affairs of the organization.
This leadership role involves working closely with the CFO, Board of
Directors, and senior management to ensure robust corporate
governance, seamless compliance with statutory and regulatory
requirements, and effective stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling
compliance for listed entities, SEBI (LODR) and stock exchange-related
matters, and advising management on governance best practices,
corporate structuring, and strategic initiatives.
