We are looking for Contractual Engagement of Whole-time:

Syama Prasad Mookerjee Port, Kolkata, Inland Waterways Authority of India (IWAI) and Kolkata Port Accretion Limited (KPAL) has entered into an agreement in relation to the development of extended port gate system at Balagarh, West Bengal through creation of SPV "Balagarh Port Infrastructure Development Limited (BPIDL)" for which Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary are required on a full time contractual basis.
Position Breakdown & Eligibility Criteria

| 1. | Chief Executive Officer | ₹ 2,50,000/- | Post Graduate or Graduate in Science/ Engineering/ Management/ Finance/ Business Administration or equivalent. Higher professional qualification desirable. | Minimum 20 years' experience in executive cadre in infrastructure ports, logistics, shipping, project management, or similar organizations with at least 6 years in senior leadership position. (Note: Senior Leadership positions means having served in HOD or Deputy HOD positions). |
| 2. | Chief Financial Officer | ₹ 2,00,000/- | Chartered Accountant / Cost Accountant | 12 years' experience in executive cadre in the field of Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Budgeting, Audit and Financial Management in companies (Minimum 3 years in Senior executive cadre). |
| 3. | Company Secretary | ₹ 1,20,000/- | Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). Desirable: Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (CA)/ Final Examination of Institute of Cost Accountants of India (CMA)/ Bachelor of Laws (LLB). | Minimum 3 years of experience working as a Company Secretary or in the Secretarial Department of a reputed organization having paid-up share capital of Rs. 10 Crores or more. The training period experience mandated by the ICSI for obtaining Associate Membership will not be counted towards the 3 years of post-qualification experience required for this position. |
