Hiring | VP – Legal | Bengaluru
We are hiring a VP – Legal for a leading global financial services organisation’s Global Capability Centre (GCC) in Bengaluru.
Experience: 12+ years post qualification
Location: Bengaluru
Key Requirements

✅ Indian-qualified Lawyer + Company Secretary

✅ Strong in-house legal experience
✅ Experience in a Banking / Financial Services GCC or Global Corporate Centre preferred
✅ Strong Indian Company Law & Corporate Governance expertise
✅ Hands-on Company Secretarial experience – Board matters, ROC/MCA, statutory compliance, resolutions, etc.
✅ Strong exposure to Employee & Labour Law matters
✅ Excellent legal drafting and documentation skills
✅ Understanding of legal/regulatory requirements applicable to GCCs in India
✅ Strong stakeholder management and ability to work with senior/global teams

The role will cover corporate legal advisory, governance, company secretarial matters, employment/labour law, contracts, regulatory/litigation matters and coordination with internal and external legal teams across global regions.
