growing team and take ownership of compliance, governance, and
stakeholder coordination.

What You’ll Work On:
MCA filings & statutory compliance
Board meetings, minutes & corporate records
Drafting agreements (customers, vendors, employees)
Investor relations & stakeholder coordination
Working with banks & NBFCs
who Should Apply:
CS (Qualified / Pursuing)
LLB (Completed / Pursuing – preferred)
1–4 years’ experience (Freshers can apply too)
Detail-oriented with a strong ownership mindset
